Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship internationally! Each week we send packages to lots of destinations worldwide

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is dependant on where you are based but our guidelines from Royal Mail are: 1-3 days for UK & 1-3 weeks for international

How do I track my order?

If you have selected tracked shipping at checkout we will send a shipment email including all tracking information

Where is my order?

If you suspect your order is lost please contact us! If you order is tracked we can replace or resend. Please note, orders with standard shipping cannot be resent or refunded - we highly recommend tracked shipping

International Charges

Buyer is responsible for any fees, customs or tariffs for international shipping. Customs fees vary depending on country and item cost (sale price isn't always taken into consideration). Once we have shipped your order Harriet Wright Designs is not responsible for any customs charges. Please take VAT & custom costs into account when purchasing

My order hasn't arrived!

If you order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please let us know!

If due to issues with address or not being collected your package is returned to us, we will need to charge for the resend

ORDERS

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order the request must be made within 24 hours of ordering, after 24 hours the order cannot be cancelled. As these items are made to order we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order please contact us and we will do our best to solve.

During sales & presales all orders are final and cannot be cancelled or changed (this overrides our usual 24 hour cancellation policy) 

Can I edit my order?

Once an order has been placed it cannot be edited or changed. Please make sure your address is correct and you are purchasing the correct items at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to issues with the address or not being collected at sorting office you will need to cover the cost of tracked shipping for a resend 

I've placed multiple orders, can I combine them?

Unfortunately we cannot combine orders

Sale terms and conditions

All sales placed during discounted times are final. Orders cannot be changed or refunded. If freebies are offered for a certain discount, this will be after discount and before shipping. Codes can be used on all items in the shop apart from when the listing specifies otherwise
